What to expect during your appointment

During the session, a vaginal probe is inserted into the vaginal canal. The probe also passes along the outer lips of the vagina. You'll feel no irritation or pain during the procedure; only a warming sensation. Each treatment session is 8 minutes long.

How many treatments do I need?

After your initial assessment, Dr Rahim will advise how many treatment sessions you need. The amount you need will depend on the severity of your symptoms. In general, we recommend one treatment session per week, every week over the course of 3 to 6 weeks.

You may require further treatments if you haven’t achieved your desired result at the end of the recommended treatment course.

When will I see and feel the results?

Some improvements can usually be seen and felt immediately post-treatment, with the complete results being achieved 4 weeks after your final treatment, since collagen will continue to form. We recommend annual maintenance treatments.
